Hey @xfinity, is there an outage in Arlington VA? My router shows full bars of coverage but isn’t connecting, and when I was running errands before they were having issues a block away.

@XfinitySupport if you didn’t have inherited copper cable that equals highest speed in my area I would not do biz with you Comcast. I reliably have horrible customer experience dealing with you

@Xfinity has been out in the DMV since early this afternoon and the expected time service will be restored has shifted from 5 pm to 6 pm to now 12 am. How do you manage to upset service to a giant metropolitan area??

. @Xfinity @comcast i am so excited to make the phone call tomorrow morning to let you know I will be switching to a competetitor, this is weeks of having basically no upload speed and years of issues ontop of that i would absolutely never reccomend someone your service in 2023

@NoDisassemble5 @StallionCornell It's such an annoying hurdle to jump through every year. The other thing that drives me crazy is the "free" Peacock you get with Xfinity requires their stupid little box to be connected to the internet 24/7. It's just hooked up unused in my basement to save $5/month. Lol.

Hey @comcast I’m going to go ahead and say you messaging needs work- when I called at 2:45 pm today, I was alerted that an internet outage in my area would be resolved by 5:05. Just called again- now it’s saying “by tomorrow.” Both times, I’m told “an agent won’t be able to help”

Ridiculous @Xfinity outage. First the ETA for a fix was 5pm, now no ETA. Try and speak to an agent in the help chat and it says “due to an ongoing outage, no representatives are available”. Not a good look after almost doubling my monthly bill. All eyes on @verizonfios.
