**Ceiba speciosa**, commonly known as the Silk Floss Tree, is a species of deciduous tree native to the tropical and subtropical forests of South America, particularly in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. It is well-known for its striking appearance and unique features:1. **Trunk**: The tree has a thick, bottle-shaped trunk covered with sharp, conical spines. The trunk's shape helps it store water during dry periods.2. **Flowers**: The Silk Floss Tree produces large, showy flowers that range in color from pale pink to deep magenta, with five petals that spread out in a star shape. The flowers usually bloom in the fall when the tree is leafless, making them even more noticeable.3. **Fruits**: After flowering, the tree produces large, woody seed pods that contain a fluffy, cotton-like substance (similar to kapok) used for stuffing pillows and other items. The seeds are also found within these pods.4. **Leaves**: The leaves are palmate, with five to seven leaflets per leaf, giving them a star-like appearance. The Silk Floss Tree is often planted as an ornamental tree in parks and gardens due to its striking appearance and colorful flowers. It can grow up to 60 feet (18 meters) tall and has a spread of about the same size. While it is relatively low-maintenance, it does require a warm climate to thrive.

Ah, the infamous rhododendrons—a plant with all the charm of a diva and none of the talent. Let me count the ways I despise these floral imposters. First off, their blooms have this annoying habit of flaunting their colors as if they’re the star of the garden show, overshadowing everything else with their pompous display. And don’t get me started on their leaves—thick, leathery things that seem to think they’re entitled to all the sunlight, casting shade and disdain on more deserving flora. But wait, there’s more! Rhododendrons have this audacity to demand attention year-round, refusing to gracefully bow out after their brief blooming period like a decent plant should. No, they linger, their evergreen arrogance mocking the changing seasons as if they own the place. And let’s not forget their diva-like demands for soil acidity, moisture levels, and just the right amount of shade. It’s like having a temperamental celebrity in your garden, constantly needing special treatment and fussing over every little detail. So yes, I hate rhododendrons. They’re the botanical equivalent of a high-maintenance houseguest who overstays their welcome and leaves you with nothing but regrets and a longing for simpler, more humble foliage. #marketingintentworkshopsdotcom #marketingintentworkshopsgmaildotcom

🌺Geraniums🌺Geraniums are super popular in Italy for their colorful blooms and relatively easy care. There are two main types:Pelargoniums: The more common type with vibrant flowers in various colors. These are often found in balconies.True geraniums (Geranium): Hardy perennials with delicate, usually blue or purple flowers.Pelargoniums prefer full sun and well-draining soil. They require regular watering but should not be overwatered. Fertilizing every few weeks during the spring is highly recommended. These plants can be grown in containers, hanging baskets, or flower beds and attract pollinators like butterflies and bees. They're perfect environment is usually in the mountains, as there the sun is strong but the temperature remains cool, that allows for the plant to grow a lot in size before blooming.

The sunflower is not a flower! 🌻 Its petals are actually leaves... It happens that the leaves disguise themselves as yellow to attract pollinators. Now, look inside the flower more closely. Look into what you once thought was the flower and are actually leaves, and you will see the flowers. Many... Many... Beautiful and delicate in an alignment beyond harmonic (the geometry of nature). What you thought was a flower, is actually an outline that holds hundreds and hundreds of flowers... And if we look at it with the eyes of gardeners, we will realize that each little flower holds within itself, in this golden dust, countless fields of sunflowers. The "petals" of a sunflower that we typically see are not true petals but are actually ray florets, which resemble petals. These florets are part of the sunflower's composite flower head. The term "inflorescence" refers to the arrangement of multiple flowers on a plant, designed for more efficient pollination. Sunflowers have a unique inflorescence comprising a large head (capitulum) with numerous small flowers (florets) that mature into seeds. 🌻
